When we read the text with 21st century eyes rather than 1st century, we miss what Peter is saying.

UP | 1 Peter 2:1-10

Reflecting on the continued pressures that Christians face in today's culture, Pastor John shares how we are tempted to put down each other, check out from the church, brush off who we are called to be, or blend in with the culture. But the answer isn't found down, out, off, or in, but UP as through the Gospel we grow UP, are built UP,  back UP,  stand UP, and certainly don't shut UP.

Why Share Jesus? | Colossians 1:15-20

Pastor John guest preaches at Gospel Fellowship. In a tumultuous time where many cultural narratives oppose the Gospel of Jesus, why would we share Jesus? By exploring "The Christ Hymn", a work of art meant to show the beauty and glory of Jesus, Pastor John shows us that it is crazy that everyone everywhere isn't worshiping Jesus.
